Member Rules & Charter
Privé operates through presence, discretion and mutual aid. These rules keep the faction organized, protected and worth belonging to.
Charter foundation
Core Tenets
These principles sit above every operational rule. Honour them and the Cartel stands behind you unequivocally.
- Presence
- Be seen when it matters; an invisible member is a liability.
- Discretion
- Faction business remains internal. Screenshots or leaks trigger removal.
- Mutual Aid
- Your call is our call; assistance flows both directions without IOUs.
Availability and response
Activity Expectations
- Daily Presence
- Log in at least once every 24 hours. Last Action > 24 hours flags you as inactive.
- Event Notifications
- Enable push alerts in the Torn mobile app, or email/SMS via Settings → Preferences, so OC and chain pings reach you quickly.
- OC Commitment
- If you join an OC 2.0 scenario, remain active for its full 3-6 day timer and the sub-1-minute execution phase. Missing execution voids the run and burns Scope.
- Chain Windows
- Only members who opt in must respond in under 5 minutes during scheduled chain windows. Keep 50+ Energy banked, fast targets bookmarked and hospital time under 10 minutes.
- Vacation Mode
- Away for 72+ hours? Toggle Vacation Mode in Torn and drop an ETA in faction chat. Slots are protected; no notice can mean removal after 3 idle days.
- Quick Response
- Leaders may send urgent in-game mail or Discord pings. Reply when possible so rosters can adjust in real time.
Faction operations
Organised Crimes 2.0
- Scenario System
- Every OC is a named scenario from level 1-9. Difficulty tiers are Lambda, Sigma, Psi and Omega, with Scope costs scaling by tier.
- Scope Pool
- Factions start with 25 Scope, cap at 100 and regenerate +1 Scope per day. Completing scenarios can also award bonus Scope.
- Planning to Execution
- After the day-countdown, a sub-1-minute execution fires. All members must be in Torn, healthy and carrying required items or the run can fail.
- Roles and Items
- Participants fill role slots based on suitability and success score. Materials such as C-4 and zip-ties are consumed; tools such as Jemmy and DSLR persist.
- New Member Guide
- Before joining your first scenario, read the Organized Crimes 2.0 guide for slot selection, item checks, timers and payout expectations.
- Payout Split
- On success, leadership chooses the split between faction and members. Cash can hit wallets or the faction bank; item loot is distributed randomly or sold at market value.
- Readiness
- Join only if you can stay active for the full 3-6 days and keep Last Action under 24 hours. If you cannot log in, ping leadership immediately.
Any member who does not join an OC within seven days will receive a formal warning. Failure to participate within fourteen days can result in removal. Real-life commitments are fine; notify leadership early.
Reputation and diplomacy
External Conduct
Your actions outside the faction reflect on all of us. Follow these rules when dealing with other factions, markets and public channels.
- Faction Relations Tags
- Leaders control our status with other factions. Do not provoke, negotiate or promise favours on your own.
- Target Clearance
- Obtain approval before hospital sprees, territory raids, high-value bounties or chain hits on ranked allies. One rogue attack can invite serious retaliation.
- No Outside Help
- Arranging mercenaries or intimidation squads without leadership consent is forbidden. Recruiting outsiders, or threatening to, counts as hostile action.
- Trade and Marketplace
- Use Torn's Trade window or Item Market. Screenshot deals above $50m. No real-money, cross-game or crypto trades.
- Chat, Forums and Global
- No slurs, doxxing or real-life threats. Keep internal strategy off public channels and mark jokes clearly to avoid misfires.
- Harassment
- Light banter is fine. Stalking, spam PMs and strong-arm tactics are not. Torn logs messages and reviews complaints.
- Scamming
- The faction permits buy-mugging as a gameplay mechanic. Any transaction or agreement, internal or external, is binding and must be honoured.
Members who act externally without consulting leadership can be expelled swiftly.
How we operate internally
Internal Culture
We build each other up through guidance, generosity and shared knowledge. Lean in, ask questions and give back.
- Mentoring
- New arrivals can request a mentor for builds, routes and revenue strategies.
- Resource Pool
- Donate spare meds, ammo or job points to the armoury. What helps one member can help the whole faction.
- Knowledge Sharing
- Post patch-note finds, economy tips and smart-play advice so the entire faction stays ahead.
Risk management
Warfare Risks
- Non-Warring Stance
- We prioritise profit and preservation over conquest.
- Energy Drain
- Random hits waste energy better spent on OCs and gym gains.
- Perk Protection
- Specials such as travel slots, armoury and rehab discounts vanish if respect is wiped.
- Defensive Hits
- When leaders call a shield wall, one timely revive or defend can help end hostilities.
